Your role as a production planner for the factory's first section of the manufacturing process at TitanX is a key role where you manage the planning process. You mix internal and external contact areas with very system-close work where you optimize the ERP's parameters to achieve accurate planning.

Your responsibilities are more specifically related to the following areas but not exhausted:

Generate realistic, consistent and optimized plans for planning based on customer requirements, optimal resource utilization, and inventory levels.

Communicate production plans and schedules efficiently where you ensure that the plans are up to date in real time in ERP systems and that the necessary information reaches the production operations

Provide ongoing support to production Supervisors and their organization through supportive measures, improvement work, audited capacity performance, etc.

Maintain and improve to ERP master data to ensure automation and efficiency in planning

Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects for planning and control systems

Your work is crucial for the factory's success and delivery reliability towards the customer. You will become part of an effective and goal-oriented organization. The logistics department consists in a total of 8 colleagues with one them being your counter-part for the second section of the manufacturing process. You report directly to the Supply Chain Manager.

To enter the role of Production Planner at TitanX, a higher education degree in logistics, manufacturing, finance or purchasing is required. With your education, you add an academic perspective and approach to the problems and to the solution. It is a merit if you have experience from a similar role from the industry in the past, or other industrial experience. You have very good knowledge of systems based on sets of parameters and an overall understanding of systems and their optimal utilization. Similarly, we expect knowledge of Excel at an advanced level. You speak fluent English and thrive in a multicultural work environment. If you do not speak Swedish from the start, your ambition is to learn Swedish.

You have strong social and communicative ability in all contact areas, and you drive meetings and other forums forward with clarity. You are fast, flexible and always face a problem with a solution-oriented approach. You are detail-oriented and clearly analytical, precise in your work and at the same time constantly keen to always develop and improve yourself and your surroundings.

Location: Head office in Mjällby, but travel and work from another location are included in the service.
